Hi, my name is Brian Powell and I am the Blogger-in-Chief of License to Life, a blog that exists to help you live a more sustainable, organized, and professional life.
I am a third-year undergraduate student at Oregon State University (OSU) majoring in Sociology. I currently work as the Administrative Coordinator at the OSU Student Sustainability Initiative (SSI), a student-run program that works to advance a culture of sustainability at OSU.
I live in an apartment in Corvallis, Oregon - a rural college town - with my fiance Shaele. After I started working at the SSI, I began to incorporate sustainability into my personal life in many ways. I hope to share with you affordable ways to live a more sustainable life.
I am also highly organized and have many tips that may benefit you. Also, I have also learned a lot about how to make oneself appear more professional and would love to assist you in any way I can.
